Avalon Theatre Company offers the following Returns Policy:No Refunds or exchanges on individual tickets. Season Ticket holders can exchange tickets for another performance of the same play only if seats are available.  Additionally, we hold all tickets for pick up at the box office the evening of the performance.  This is for your convenience and helps to keep our costs down and eliminates the need for additional fees, processing charges, or shipping charges on our tickets.
